With the 2015 Canadian Election just around the corner, the issues Vine predicted one and half years ago are coming to the fore.

In Stephen Harper's nine years as prime minister, he has vigorously promoted the environmentally destructive extraction of oil from tar sands, and presided over an expansion of production, more exports and pipelines.

Vine accurately predicted the increasing public pressure on Canada's destructive environmental practices.

Vine also predicted the public reaction to the Canadian Government's increasingly authoritarian social and political policies.

Vine wrote, "I am shown a vision of a Canadian government that is ruling their constituents with a stick".

Just as Vine predicted, the Harper Government's hard-line political and social policies now have Canadian people increasingly portraying the Prime Minister as, "Secretive, vindictive and patronising."

Stephen Harper's Conservative Party has introduced controversial security laws, said to reduce the rights and freedoms of Canadians.

A United Nations report was concerned that "...sweeping powers contained in the new anti-terror bill may not contain enough legal safeguards to protect people’s rights."

Canada in Recession

The Canadian Government also secretly spent $millions promoting environmentally destructive tars sands oil, which since the crash of oil prices have destabilized the Canadian economy. Canada is now technically in recession.

Vine predicted there would be a karmic cost of destroying the environment in Canada, and this is coming true.

Canadian Mine and Wild Fires

In this psychic prediction Vine saw "a mining location in Canada being eaten up by fire". Since Vine made this prediction, unprecedented wild fires have burnt over 70,000 square kilometres of Canada forcing several mining operations to halt production.

Most recently, Vine also may have been seeing a fire at the Syncrude oil sands project in Northern Alberta, which halted production.

In this psychic prediction, Vine warns of the loss of personal freedoms and liberty of the Canadian people if the Canadian Government is allowed to silence their dissent.

This prediction is coming true as the Canadian Government attempts to pass new anti-terror laws, triggering real concerns that the new laws are not necessary to fight "terrorism", and that ordinary Canadians citizens are the real targets of the laws. In conjunction with the anti-terror laws, a leaked Canadian Mounties secret memo suggests that environmental activists should be treated as terrorists, particularly those evironmentalists who are concerned about tar sands petroleum mining in Canada.

The Canadian Government seems to want to widen the definition of the term "terrorist" to include environmental activists, even "those engaged in peaceful assembly", according to the leaked memo.
