I was shown a vision in the future of Russia and China entering into space exploration partnership and venturing further out into the cosmos to find other habitable planets in some way. It is predicted the urgency of Space Travel will be shown in 2016 and following years.
Russia and China have plans to go to the moon and there will be disputes over who owns the Moon. It is predicted major world governments will enter into a Space City trial. It is predicted the Russian President, Vladamir Putin is ambitiously steering this forward to be remembered as a space pioneer.
It is prophesied the USA will also enter into partnership with the private sector. I am being channeled a vision where a famous international entrepreneur will fund NASA's space exploration. It will be a government, private sector partnership.
In particular, they will be concentrating on scientific food production and water supplies in Space. It is predicted all countries in the future will openly share scientific exploration findings as the population growth will continue to reach record highs and place enormous pressure on major ecosystems because of continual infrastructure growth.
Prominent world governments will receive international pressure from world health experts warning of food scarcity concerns. The World Health Organisation and United Nations want space exploration to include food production on our Earth to address shortages in the coming years and to stop millions of people dying from starvation, I am being guided.

Moon and Space Exploration Partnership!
Five years ago Vine predicted: "Russia and China would enter into space exploration partnership with plans to go to the moon..."
Vine's predictions have come true:
- Vine predicted Russia and China would enter into a space exploration partnership, starting with the moon and eventually venturing further out into the cosmos to find other habitable planets in some way.
- Vine also predicted disputes over who ‘owns’ the moon. The joint space exploration by China and Russia reportedly “has the potential to scramble the geopolitics of space exploration”.
- Vine also correctly predicted that NASA would "enter into partnership with the private sector" and a famous entrepreneur. NASA has now formed partnerships with both Elon Musk (SpaceX) and Jeff Bezos (Blue Origin).

New Russia-China Space Exploration Agreement
In this psychic prediction, Vine "was shown a vision in the future of Russia and China entering into Space Exploration partnership..."This part of the prediction came true six months later when the governments of Russia and China signed a new agreement to work together in the development of rocket engines and launch vehicles for the "peaceful exploration of space".
