Australian Psychic Reading Industry to be Regulated
Psychic Prediction by Vine -
4th Sept 2011
I'm being shown a vision that shows a man in government who speaks up for the underdog raising concerns about the Australian psychic and metaphysical industry.
His ire is up because a constituent has been fleeced of her life savings from a gypsy psychic and it makes him turn his attention to the lack of regulation of the psychic industry by any government departments.
I see him having a press conference demanding why no government regulator has tackled the licensing of psychics and how Australian authorities have allowed the commercial abuse of the psychic industry.
The Australian psychics are going to be in for a shock and Telstra as the monopoly of the telephone psychic chat phone lines will be under greater scrutiny to tidy up its act.
Exciting times ahead for psychics, tarot readers and metaphysical counselors.

UPDATE: 8th October 2018
Telstra Fined for Misuse of Premium Direct Billing
Vine predicted that Telstra, as the monopoly holder of the telephone psychic chat phone lines, would come under greater scrutiny to clean up its act.
Now
Telstra has been fined $10 million in the Australian Federal Court for signing its mobile customers up to its online Premium Direct Billing service (PDB) and charging them for things they didn't buy.
For three years, between 2013 and 2016, Telstra took $60 million from customers who had not knowingly used the Premium Direct Billing and did not know that the service was preinstalled on their phone before they bought it.
As well as being fined $10 million, Telstra has also refunded $5 million to s\customers who discovered and complained about the extra charges on their phone bills. This means that
Telstra has profited by $45 million.

Tighter Regulations for Psychics in Britain
British regulators have brought in tighter regulation for psychics appearing on Psychic TV because of fake psychics casting spells, trying to remove hexes or "occult-related practices" including satanism, crystal balls. etc.
This leads us to look at the Australian Psychic TV program on Aurora, a not for profit television program in Australia directly linked to Foxtel, Austar and Optus and to look at the direct relationship of the psychics appearing on this program. Recently it has come to the attention of Vine Psychic Line readers that there is a close relationship between the Australian Psychic Association and the media owning direct shares in television programs promoting psychics on television. Questions are being asked about why Australia doesn't have stronger government regulation of the psychic industry and this possibly is related to who owns the large psychic companies and why there is no real transparency of shareholdings and company ownership by companies directly involved in the psychic television programs and also the online psychic chat lines.
A more probing issue is allegedly how closely related Telstra's, Australia's national carrier is directly involved in the psychic industry. Telstra owns 50 percent of Foxtel and 25 percent is owned by Newscorp owned by Murdoch and the additional 25 percent by Consolidated Media Holdings. Which means the 'Aurora not for profit television station is being backed by business entities that are profiting from the psychic industry.'
There are also rumours of gambling companies being directly involved in the psychic industry and if this is true it possibly highlights how direct lobbying for stronger self regulation is influencing the federal governments decision to not intervene in a highly profitable money earner for the major players of the psychic industry and telco companies.
UPDATE: 17th September 2011
Is it any wonder Vine Psychic guided that she foresaw regulation in the Australian psychic reading industry when you witness Australian/International psychic lines blatantly abusing other psychic's copyright laws to promote their own psychic businesses.
The Psychic and Astrology Guild is using Vine's 2011 predictions on
their website, we believe to get users to use their own psychic services. They are also using terms such as "
Vine Psychic, our resident psychic...",
and
"our clairvoyant medium, Vine Psychic..." which imply that Vine is working for The Psychic Guild. This is not the case. Vine is an independent psychic and
clairvoyant medium and is not connected in any way with the Psychic Guild or any other psychic business. We believe they are also implying that Vine is a male by stating, "
Today Vine Psychic lets us
in again into his mind as he gets his intuition up and moving."
Vine is quite clearly female.
Not only are they using Vine's predictions without permission, but we believe they are also using
black hat SEO links to effect search engine results by inserting links into Vine's predictions that point to there own site and that direct Vine's customers to their own psychics.
So far they have copied at least eight of Vine's predictions in the form of critiques, which include links directing customers to their own doors.
This is just one example of psychic business bad behavior. No wonder there needs to be some type of regulation.
