Vine was spiritually guided to place world and Australian psychic predictions online to help people understand the extreme earth changes due to human ignorance, greed and corruption. Vine is a spiritual voice for the changes necessary to bring about a reduction of the devasting environmental and social effects of climate change.
Psychic Prediction by Vine - 22nd May 2011
Water Shortage
Conflict Because of Water
I see two tribal areas in Africa fighting over water. This is going to become more evident in the coming
months as the conflict gets media attention, but at the moment it is in the early stages of getting out of hand.
The world is about to witness the first water conflict because of global warming. There will be a need for the world to act because the water isn't going to return. The vision I'm being shown is that the water has dried up. This is all about sustainable water usage and the rest of the world had better be sitting up and taking notice, because this will be one of many.

UPDATE: 6th March 2024
Water Conflicts due to Climate Change
As long ago as 2011 Vine warned about climate change induced water shortages and conflict because of water.
It has all come true.
“
Freshwater is increasingly in short supply, with nearly two-thirds of the global population living in water-stressed conditions.” - Brahma Chellaney author of, “
Water, Peace and War.” 2015
Conflict Over Water in Africa
"
I see two tribal areas in Africa fighting over water." - Vine
2021 Cameroon - Fighting over water, between herders and fishermen led to at least 22 deaths and 30,000 people fleeing into Chad.
In 2021 least 22 people were killed and 30 seriously injured during days of fighting over management and access to water.
The
fighting was between fishermen and herders in Kousséri, Cameroon, near the border with Chad. The violence was over water rights; a shrinking Lake Chad has led to clashes between groups that rely on the water for their livelihood.
Egypt, Ethiopia, and Sudan have been engaged in a continuing dispute over fresh water in the
Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam and there are similar issues across every level of society.
Vine's prediction Has come true:
"This is all about sustainable water usage and the rest of the world had better be sitting up and taking notice, because this will be one of many"...

UPDATE: 22nd April 2019
Critical Urgency of World-Wide Water Shortages
For years Vine has been stressing the critical urgency of water shortages and the dire effects they will have on the human race.
Now we have evidence to support the accuracy of her spiritual prophecy.
For years the higher realms have been warning the world and world leaders that this was coming, but what we witness everyday is the lack of preparation by government bodies to manage the coming crisis, and a lack of appreciation of what is already happening to the people directly involved.
As a result, we now have people becoming the first climate change refugees looking for areas where they can survive. Their fate is about to be shared by millions more and people in the West must understand that this can and will affect them as well.
Water Shortages Everywhere
Although this water shortage psychic prediction is primarily about water in Africa, Vine also gives a warning for all of Africa and the rest of the world.
The
water crises in Cape Town in 2017 and 2018 was so severe, they were preparing for
Day Zero, when the city’s taps were expected to run dry. Some recent rain has averted catastrophe for now, however,
water shortages for the future in South Africa are expected to be dire.
In 2019, many
African cities are running out of water and one in three people in Africa is affected by water scarcity.
Water Shortages in the Rest of the World
Australian rivers are drying and fish are dying
There are now
conflicts and disputes over water scarcity all over the world, from India, to Central Asia, the Gaza Strip, and in Australia where rivers are drying up and
fish are dying due to drought and water mismanagement.
Vine warned in her prediction that this is all about sustainable water usage and the world had better be sitting up and taking notice...

UPDATE: 28th November 2014
Water Shortage Prediction Comes True
Within a couple of years of Vine making her water shortage prediction, it was clear that it had come true. By 2013 there were
several places in Africa that had two areas fighting over water, but the most serious conflict is between Egypt and Ethiopia.
Egypt and Ethiopia Water Wars
Egypt and Ethiopia are presently arguing over the water in the River Nile. In 2011, Ethiopia announced and started building the
Grand Ethiopian Renaissance Dam on the River Nile above Egypt.
Egypt is concerned that the dam will reduce the downstream flow of the Nile.
They are so concerned, that on 3 June 2013, two years after Vine's prediction, Egyptian political leaders talked about methods to destroy the dam. Unbeknownst to them, their discussion was televised live.
Egypt’s then-president Mohamed Morsi had said that
"all options are open" because
"Egypt's water security cannot be violated at all." He said he would not allow Egypt's water supply to be endangered, and although later clarifying that he was
"not calling for war", 2014 reports suggest that
a military strike is not out of the question.
The conflict heated up in 2013 when Ethiopia began diverting a part of the Nile. Some Egyptian parliamentarians argued for sending commandos or arming local insurgents to sabotage the dam unless Ethiopia halts construction.
Potential Conflict Over Water in Queensland
Vine's Psychic Prediction says that the rest of the world will soon be suffering the same conflicts over water and a recent Queensland Government announcement could see this prediction come true.
Two days ago the Queensland government (Australia) passed a
Water Reform Bill giving coal companies the right to extract billions of litres of groundwater without having to buy licences.
Critics say the exclusion of coal and gas mining from meaningful water planning, is baffling and could
suck water resources dry.
With the introduction of this bill, conflict between farmers and Coal Seam Gas miners over water, seems set to escalate.
