Highly Militarised Police Arrest Protectors of Water & Sacred Land

In this psychic prediction, Vine warned that Western police were being trained to act brutally against their own civilians.

Once again this prediction has been proven correct in the United States where military training, tactics and equipment has been used against peaceful Native American activists and supporters at the North Dakota Pipeline protests at Standing Rock.

141 people were arrested at the North Dakota Pipeline, by heavily militarised police wearing "riot gear with helmets, bullet-proof vests, tasers, rifles, rubber bullets, concussion grenades, mace, pepper spray, MRAPs (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected vehicles), military humvees and an LRAD, (long range acoustic weapon)."

Standing Rock Sioux Chairman David Archambault II has said that, "The militarization of local law enforcement and enlistment of multiple law enforcements agencies from neighboring states is needlessly escalating violence and unlawful arrests against peaceful protesters at Standing Rock"

More Militarisation of Police in the Wake of the Dallas Shootings?

In this psychic prediction, Vine spiritually warns about the dangers of militarisation of the police around the world.

Vine wrote, "Which country is responsible for the over the top military intelligence and police training that turns on its citizens? This is where you will identify who is wanting to create a New World Order."

Criminal justice experts in the United States have warned that in the wake of the Dallas shootings, the precarious two year progress toward demilitarizing police operations in the US, could be undone.

This is especially true for Dallas itself, because in the last few years the Dallas Police Department has become a national model for employing a range of tactics to de-militarise their police, defuse tensions and build closer ties to its communities.

Writing on this subject in the Washington Post, Radley Balko, author of the book "Rise of the Warrior Cop: The Militarization of America's Police Forces" said, "at the risk of stating the obvious, there is no “right” police target on which it would be anything less than abhorrent to unleash violence in some delusional protest against police brutality. It’s just that Dallas Police Department is a particularly wrong one."

Balko also wrote, "I’ve already seen some criticism on social media suggesting that (Dallas Police Chief) Brown’s permissive approach to policing protests may be partly to blame for what happened last night (in Dallas)."

In short, the Dallas shootings will work in favour of anyone wanting to make sure the militarisation of America's police continues.

The most sensible and proven productive way to reduce the number of gun deaths, is to reduce the number of guns. However, what is actually happening is, more guns and the militarisation of police to combat them, which equals more and more guns, etc. If the cycle continues, the problems will get worse.

This psychic prediction is a warning that there are deceivers behind the militarisation of police. These deceivers will profit from making things worse and they will stop at nothing.

It is the people of America and the world who will suffer, because all liberties and protections will be taken away in the name of protecting the people.

In this psychic prediction, Vine warned of a country providing military training to police forces around the world.

It's clear that the country in question is Israel. The military training they have provided to most police forces in the USA has coincided with a dramatic increase in media coverage and mobile phone videos of police brutality. People are now able to see for themselves exactly what methods are being used by police.

US Bans Military Equipment for Police

Since 9/11 police have also been receiving military style equipment from the Federal Government. President Obama restricted access to these powerful weapons.

"Substantial risk of misusing or overusing" powerful weapons has been identified by the Task Force on 21st Century Policing, set up by Obama to help build confidence between police and minority communities.

The increase in recent mobile phone videos of police brutality clearly show that the attitude of police has far more relevance to police brutality, than the military equipment available to the police forces.

As attention moves to the type of equipment available to police, Vine's warning about military style training for police forces, remains very relevant.

How Did Baltimore Riots Start?

The recent riots in Baltimore have been widely reported by the mainstream press as being gang related. But according to eyewitness reports from teachers and parents, it was the actions of police that inflamed a tense-but-stable situation.



After Ferguson last year and now Baltimore in 2015, the militarisation of police seems to becoming more prevalent, and Vine's prediction could be a warning to the world public to make sure their own police are not being militarised.
