Chinese Government, Island Money and Military Base

Chinese Island Military base

The Chinese government is sending important officials to island nations to get cooperation to build a military base. I am seeing a vision of a large amount of money being paid to Island owners. I am then shown another vision of the Chinese government being extremely pleased with the outcome.

Will the rest of the world leaders be worried about the latest military base in small island waters? I am guided they will be extremely concerned about China building a stronger military presence in the Pacific ocean waters. This prediction is being shown to be occurring in years to come. I see new people in political office in all areas of the world. Therefore the vision is going past 2015 and over...

Vine's Prediction was Spot-On

Chinese Money to Solomon Islands

Vine predicted...

Back in 2014, Vine's Higher Guardians guided that Chinese Govt money and Chinese military bases in Pacific Islands would be an important issue in the years to come...

It has all come true.

Vine predicted large amounts of money being paid to Pacific island owners and that world leaders would be extremely concerned about China building a stronger military presence in the Pacific ocean waters.

Now China has signed a wide-ranging security pact with the Solomon Islands and agreement the United States and its allies in the region fear it give Beijing a military foothold in the South Pacific.

US State Department spokesman Ned Price said: "Despite the Solomon Islands government’s comments, the broad nature of the security agreement leaves open the door for the deployment of [Chinese] military forces to the Solomon Islands..."

Solomon Islands
The Chinese-Solomon Islands security-pact deal could allow Chinese military forces to be deployed to the Solomon Islands.

Vine's Chinese Islands Prediction Comes True in the Solomon Islands

  • Vine had a vision of "a large amount of money being paid to Island owners" - Taiwanese media has reported that China gave the Solomon Islands $500m for cutting ties with Taiwan. Prominent Solomon’s opposition MP Peter Kenilorea alleged that individual members of Solomon Islands parliament also received A$250,000 - A$750,000 each for their votes.

  • Vine predicted that world leaders would be extremely concerned about China building a stronger military presence in the Pacific Ocean
    - A team of U.S.officials were sent to the Solomon Islands amid concern over the security pact with China. A leaked copy of the pact, said Chinese warships could stop in the Solomons and China could send police and armed forces there "to assist in maintaining social order."

Chinese Money to Island Owners

Chinese Money in the Pacific

This psychic prediction is about Chinese Island military bases, but also about "large amounts of money being paid to (Pacific) island owners" and western powers becoming "extremely concerned about China building a stronger military presence in the Pacific ocean waters".

When Vine made the prediction in 2014, she stressed that it would all happen over a period of years into the future...

By 2020 it has come true, as China 'lends' more and more money to Pacific Island nations.

And the increased tension over Chinese Island military bases, also predicted by Vine, is reported to have rattled Australia and the United States who... "fear that China will try to use its increased leverage, to gain a military base in the region".

Tensions Over Chinese Island Military Bases

Since Vine's prediction, China has built artificial-island military bases on coral reefs in the disputed South China Sea Spratly Islands.

Increased military tension now surrounds these 'islands', as the US regularly sends war ships on “freedom of navigation” missions through the area. Recently, Australian warships passed through the disputed area and were 'confronted' by Chinese warships.

Vine's prediction about concern over China's "military bases in small island waters" continues to come true.

UPDATE: 10th April 2018

China Wants to Build a Military Base in Vanuatu

Australian Vine's psychic prediction about a Chinese military base in the Pacific is proving to be accurate.

The Sydney Morning Herald has reported that China has approached Vanuatu about building a permanent military presence in the South Pacific. Senior security officials believe Beijing’s plans could culminate in a full military base.

Money Paid to Island Owners

As a lead up to the building of a military base in the Pacific, Vine saw a prophetic vision of, "a large amount of money being paid to Island owners".

This Lowy Institute map of Chinese aid in the Pacific, shows the Chinese Government has spent over $243 million in Vanuatu alone, including for road construction, Tuna processing facilities, aircraft, disaster relief, sports equipment, a sports complex, the Melanesian Spearhead Group, government cars and $9.6 Million USD to the Prime Ministers office.

Now, ABC News reports that, "Beijing is likely to use its trade ties with the region as justification for a military presence".

UPDATE: 4th May 2016

China Pours Money into Pacific Islands

Vine's prediction of large amounts of Chinese money being paid to Pacific Island owners and the "Chinese government being extremely pleased with the outcome" is now playing out in the Pacific islands of Micronesia.

China has plans to invest large amounts of money into a mega-resort on the Pacific Island of Yap.

There are concerns that such a huge influx of money and people from China will have a socially destabilising effect on the local islanders, and could ultimately lead to an extension of China's current territorial expansion in the South China Sea.

A report on ABCs Lateline stated that as tensions rise in the South China Sea, some are suggesting there may be more to the mega tourist resort in the Pacific than meets the eye.

Yap Senator, Clement Mulalap said on Lateline, "Why would China be interested in Yap? And so you begin to wonder if there is any other ulterior motive. I know and I think Deng Hong, the gentleman of the ETG, has public stated that the Chinese Government is also behind this project. And so, you know, on that basis you can draw your conclusions."

Putting Senator Mulalap's concerns bluntly, he seems worried that there may one day be an military aspect to China's interest in the islands of Micronesia.

Military Interest in Micronesian Islands?

So is it possible that a strong economic presence in Micronesian islands like Yap, may some day lead to a military presence?

Yap is a member of the Federated States of Micronesia (FSM), which presently has Compact of Free Association with the USA that prevents them from allowing military bases from countries other than the USA.

But the USA Compact may end as early as 2018. This means that China could well be free to build a military base on Yap and other Micronesian Islands in the near future.

With this in mind, Vine's prediction of "a large amount of money being paid to Island owners" to facilitate the building of a military presence in the Pacific, is worth watching very closely in the Micronesian islands.

Concern about Chinese Island Military Bases

Vine's prediction about Chinese military bases on small islands continues to come true.

Vine wrote, "I am guided they (world leaders) will be extremely concerned about China building a stronger military presence in the Pacific ocean waters. This prediction is being shown to be occurring in years to come. "

One year and three months later, concern intensifies about China's military bases on small islands in the South China Sea and their influence on the Pacific Ocean. The US is looking for ways to counter China's military build-up on these islands.

UPDATE: 19th May 2015

China Building Military Bases on Small Islands - Vine's Prediction Comes True

As Vine predicted, China is building Military bases and airstrips on small artificial islands in the South China Sea. Vine's prediction that other countries would be extremely concerned, has also come true.

China’s island military activities in the area are considered destabilizing because they are very quickly creating a number of artificial islands where none existed before.
